What is James & Co Apparels 's return policy?At James & Co Apparel, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Items not eligible to be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items: All Final Sale items, subscription items, phone cases, stickers, rings, socks, wristbands, string bracelets, keychains, and masks. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (info@jamesandcoapparel.com) with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
