We want you satisfied. 30-day return policy for most items. Exclusions: Final Sale items, subscriptions, phone cases, stickers, rings, socks, wristbands, string bracelets, keychains, masks. Email info@jamesandcoapparel.com (info@jamesandcoapparel.com)with order number, item details, photos of product. Return within 30 days, original condition, unwashed, tags attached. We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds processed within 10 business days.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS - We’re happy to offer extended exchanges for Christmas orders, so you can shop with confidence. If any items need to be exchanged due to size after Christmas, just reach out to us and we’ll be glad to help. If the item doesn't fit it can be shipped back to us and you'll receive a store credit or an exchange.
